Consultation & analysis

Your formulation
Your skincare is compounded to suit your skin, balanced with barrier and hydration support. Unlike traditionally prescribed actives that are dispensed as a single ingredient, 'The Secret' combine medical oversight along with barrier supporting ingredients to maintain the integrity of your skin, long-term.

Ongoing guidance
We guide you through introducing your products and review your progress to keep results on track. Certain ingredients require alternating after a specified time to ensure your skin continues to progress and prevents any unnecessary resistance being formed.
It uses prescription-only, medical-grade actives compounded to your skin — far more targeted than over-the-counter products.
Start with our Secret Express Facial for $139, or a New Client Sculpt Consult + Treatment for $169, and we'll build your plan from there. Once we have completed your onboarding form, you will be required to have a phone consult with one of The Secret doctors which will be automatically scheduled by them. From here, your custom compounded formulation will be made and posted to us in clinic. We will then guide you from here. Please allow 7-10 days for your products to arrive.
As part of the process, we will list any current products you may be using. If anything is contraindicated, we will recommend ceasing them. SPF50+ is a non-negotiable when agreeing to the terms & conditions associated with medical strength actives. Sometimes we will recommend a combination of The Secret alongside Sircuit cosmeceuticals. We'll guide you on what's best for your skin.
There are formulations specifically designed for sensitive skin. Suitability is confirmed at your consultation.
Yes! We have certain ingredients that are safe for pregnancy and breastfeeding mothers. We will ask you to disclose this during your onboarding process and your formulation will be built around this.
