Terms & Conditions

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this website, booking an appointment, purchasing products, or receiving treatment at Sculpt Aesthetics, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions, along with all clinic policies published on this website.
If you do not agree with these terms, you must not proceed with booking or treatment.
Sculpt Aesthetics reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The version in effect at the time of your appointment will apply.

1. Booking & Deposits Policy
To secure your appointment at Sculpt Aesthetics, a booking fee is required.
• A $50 booking fee is required for all appointments (unless otherwise stated).
• This fee is redeemable toward your treatment on the day of your appointment.
• Booking fees are non-refundable but transferable with appropriate notice (see Cancellation Policy below).
For clients on a VIP Plan who do not have a booking deposit on file, any missed appointment or failure to provide the required notice period will result in that month’s treatment being automatically forfeited. The session cannot be carried over or rescheduled. Repeated no-shows may require a deposit to be kept on file for all future bookings.

This ensures appointment availability and respects the time allocated specifically for you.

2. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
We kindly require 48 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling.
• Cancellations or changes made with more than 48 hours’ notice will retain the booking fee.
• Cancellations or reschedules made within 48 hours may result in forfeiture of the booking fee.
• No-shows may be charged 100% of the treatment cost at the clinic’s discretion.
Late arrivals may result in shortened treatment time or the need to reschedule, depending on availability.
We value your time and appreciate your respect for ours.

3. Treatment Eligibility & Medical Disclosure
All clients must complete a consultation and medical history form prior to treatment.
• Clients must disclose all medical conditions, medications, allergies, and recent treatments.
• Sculpt Aesthetics reserves the right to decline treatment if it is deemed unsafe or unsuitable.
• Some treatments require medical approval or prescription prior to proceeding.
Your safety is our highest priority.

4. Cosmetic Injectable Policy
All cosmetic injectable treatments are performed in accordance with Australian regulations.

• No results are guaranteed.
• Follow-up appointments may be recommended to assess outcomes.
Suitability is determined during consultation.
